Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We expect advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design principles, and data analytics.
• We need proven experience leading product lifecycle work, including discovery, ideation, strategic planning, requirements definition, and value management.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI tools such as agentic workflows, generative AI, or workflow automation.
• Preferred: background in Payments, Fintech, or Lending.

• We support product strategy and vision that create measurable value for customers.
• We partner with Product, Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to shape customer journeys and strategic platform initiatives.
• We translate customer, business, and platform outcomes into clear requirements, KPIs, success measures, user stories, and workflows.
• We lead discovery activities and market research to identify customer solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
• We own, maintain, and evolve the product backlog so development stays aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• We monitor and support key product performance metrics, including cost, feature capability, risk posture, and reliability.
