Whether your expertise is heavily anchored in high-stakes workplace litigation or spans a sophisticated mix of complex class actions, traditional labor relations, executive counseling, and corporate transaction support, this tier-1 platform provides unrivaled client exposure and immense operational autonomy. What These Roles Involve Depending on your level of seniority and core focus area, your practice will encompass a broad, dynamic range of high-value labor and employment mandates: Complex Litigation: Defending major corporations and financial institutions in state and federal courts against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims. Class & Collective Actions: Serving as a primary line of defense in high-stakes class and collective action suits, with a heavy emphasis on wage & hour and FLSA disputes. Strategic Counseling & Compliance: Advising leading employers on day-to-day HR compliance, pay equity, workforce restructurings, and workplace policies. Executive & Corporate Transaction Support: Drafting and negotiating high-level executive employment agreements, separation packages, and conducting critical employment due diligence for major M&A transactions. Traditional Labor: Navigating complex collective bargaining environments, union relations, and National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) compliance matters. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3–6 years of employer-side labor and employment experience at a peer Big Law firm or top-tier specialized boutique.
