Inpatient Pharmacist
$61 - $76 per hourSoliant Health
We're seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a full-time, Day Shift position in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with recent inpatient experience who is comfortable working in a collaborative clinical environment.
Details- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: 5x8s | Shifts: Days
- Weekend Rotation: Rotating weekends as needed
- IT Systems: Epic, Pyxis
- Comp: 124k-149k (DOE)

- Verify medication orders in an inpatient setting
- Oversee pharmacy technicians
- Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication therapy
- Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
- Support safe and efficient pharmacy operations
- Active California Pharmacist license in good standing
- 1+ year of recent inpatient pharmacist experience or completion of a PGY1 residency
- Strong clinical and communication skills
