The Thomas Humphreys Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for friendly, dedicated professionals to join their amazing team as a Full-Time Licensed Sales Producer. You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals. Call and connect with all given leads on a daily basis. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Document each customer contact into Data Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Work from home. hybrid schedule, is available after training is completed Compensation You will be offered a base salary based on your experience and verifiable track record of success.
