GHR Program Manager - Jen Dierkes - GHR Program Coordinator - Kayla Kyle Temp to perm IMPORTANT - this contract is Temp to Hire. We can only consider candidates who are interested in converting to staff. The XXXX as a full time Penn Medicine CMA is approx. XXXXXXXXXXX-22/hour. LOCATION: Local candidates only - 1001 Chesterbrook Boulevard, Abramson Cancer Center Valley Forge, Berwyn, PA 19312. Only sub candidates that are able to commute within 30 minutes. This location is not accessible by public transportation. Asking for candidates with vehicle and license.

SCHEDULE: Mon-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with 30-minute lunch

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities: EKG, vital signs, updating chart, rooming patients, answering messages/clinical phone line, assisting with stress test as needed. EPIC experience required. Bilingual candidates will be given first consideration.

About the Practice

Cancer Center - candidates must be comfortable working with cancer patients. Need to be compassionate, patient, friendly and kind. Must have strong work ethic, be able to learn quickly, adapt in ambiguous situations. Must be able to commute to practice within 30 minutes. There is not reliable public transportation to this location. Should have access to vehicle.

Should include if they have worked at Penn Medicine as a temp or full-time employee. Include dates and reason for leaving. Please also ask if your candidate has submitted an application directly to Penn Medicine and/or if they are currently interviewing with Penn.

Additional Instructions

Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration. Screening questions: Is the candidate a former Penn Medicine employee and if so, work dates, position, and reason for leaving? Can candidate commute to practice/reliable transportation? Is the candidate actively working with other agencies and if so, have they already been submitted to the same role by another agency After Award Acceptance - COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#). In the case that the same candidate is submitted by multiple agencies, the agency with the right to represent will be considered the agency of record. Right to represent should be included in the submission packet. COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72hours are at risk of the contract being cancelled.
