Our products serve customers in major gas cylinder markets, including medical, life support, beverage, fire, scuba, and specialty gases. Summary: This position shall be responsible for ensuring that products meet customer, regulatory, and aerospace standards, with a focus on process improvement, supplier quality, and compliance with AS9100 requirements. The goal of this position is to achieve compliance with requirements and take advantage of improving the cost of compliance.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related field preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace industries.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or other quality management systems.
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, PPAP, SPC, CAPA).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to work with chemicals and fibers.
• Able to lift to 25 lbs.

Compensation Range: $75,000- 85,000
