Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous experience supporting students in an educational setting is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for effective work with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Proficient in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and delivering a wide range of speech and language interventions
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Develop and implement individualized or group therapy plans targeting communication, language, fluency, articulation, and social skills
• Track student progress, maintain clear records, and provide input for IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators and families to promote generalization of skills within the classroom and community
