Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) position requires delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule

07:00 AM - 07:30 PM; every third weekend and every other holiday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Completion of the Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
• Trinity Skills Checklist completion.
• Background check clearance.
• Competency Testing as per Trinity Specialty Standards.
• Immunizations and health screenings as specified (e.g., COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella).
