As an LVN, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the well-being and comfort of patients. Your duties will include:

• Conducting individualized patient assessments and prioritizing data collection based on immediate needs
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administering treatments and medications accurately and in a timely manner
• Providing patient and family education tailored to individual needs
• Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and progress towards goals
• Responding to emergency situations and initiating resuscitation measures as needed
• Maintaining confidentiality and delivering non-judgmental, culturally sensitive care
• Assisting with the orientation of new staff and participating in ongoing education
• Adhering to safety and infection control standards

Requirements for this position include:

• Current CA LVN license
• Current BLS level CPR certification
• Good physical health and stamina, with the ability to perform manual skills required for patient care
• Strong assessment skills and resourcefulness in emergencies
• Above-average interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Need 1 year experience in setting
