Seeking a motivated Outbound Business Development Representative to engage enterprise accounts through cold calls, personalized outreach, and strategic account-based plays, with the flexibility of remote work in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Build pipeline through outbound efforts, including cold calls and personalized emails Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers for outreach Book qualified meetings with enterprise buyers and collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives on account strategies Required qualifications Experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or demand generation, preferably in MarTech or related fields Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
