Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day field execution and workforce operations for Emerald Blue New Mexico. This includes labor deployment, fleet oversight, warehouse coordination, and job-site execution. The Operations Manager works closely with the Regional Operations Manager and project teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, cost control, and team performance.Compensation & BenefitsIndustry-leading compensation structure: $85,000-$90,000 based on experience + bonusComprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Insurance.PTO, Paid Holidays, and Sick Time.401(k) plan with company match.Growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling organizationKey ResponsibilitiesOperational ExecutionOversee regional labor deployment, warehouse operations, and fleet management across for our Albuquerque location.Ensure daily execution meets company standards for quality, safety, efficiency, and on-time performanceMonitor resource needs and adjust staffing and schedules as neededCoordinate with project managers, coordinators, and installers to support accurate job executionTeam & Workflow ManagementSupervise field and warehouse crew, coordinators, drivers, and schedulerDrive productivity through coaching, job planning, and process adherenceSupport field leadership development through training and accountabilityMaintain labor and warehouse staffing and operational alignment across locationsOperational Systems & ReportingEnsure ServiceTRAX and other systems are used for tracking labor, delivery, and job statusMonitor operational KPIs and develop plans for improvement when targets are not metEnsure compliance with the company safety protocols, facility requirements, and vehicle usage policiesCollaboration & Client SupportSupport sales and project teams in meeting client expectationsRespond to on-site issues and client concerns during project executionLead root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurring problemsRequirementsQualifications & ExperienceAssociate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted5+ years of experience in operations, field services, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleBackground in commercial furniture installation, warehousing, or relocation services preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce/job tracking platformsSkills & CompetenciesAbility to manage multiple priorities under pressureStrong communication and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with job-site protocols, installation practices, and warehouse workflowsHands-on leadership style with ability to motivate and direct field teamsWhile this job description accurately represents the current primary duties of the role, functions may be adapted as necessary to meet business needs.
