Schedule : 6:30a - 3p shifts from Mondays - Fridays

Responsibilities:

• Handling ANE for:

• Ortho

• ENT

• Electrophysiology

• Other general surgery cases

Requirements:

• Valid KY state license

• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications

• Some hospital experience and ortho/regional experience
