Responsibilities

• Handle in-bound customer calls, researching and resolving inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.
• Demonstrate empathy and effective listening skills to address customer concerns and provide resolutions.
• Take initiative to understand each customer's unique needs, solve current challenges, and proactively offer solutions to prevent future issues.
• Participate in special projects and adapt to new responsibilities as needed.
• Complete robust paid trainingincluding classroom, online and side-by-side observationto master our systems, policies, and customer engagement best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Experience: At least 2 years of Call Center work experience is required.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
• Dedicated to resolving customer issues
• Comfortable navigating change
• Able to multi-task using technology (call handling, documentation, and loan-level review)
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
