Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:30 | Every Other Weekend and Some Holidays Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms including telemetry and recognition of lethal arrhythmias
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-acuity inpatient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of two years of acute care ICU experience within the last three years
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass a telemetry examination prior to start (adult and pediatric components; 80% or higher passing score; 100% identification of lethal rhythms required on adult exam)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility – local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Magnet-designated or academic medical center environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations and complex cardiac monitoring
