Maintenance Lead
HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Lead in the Manufacturing industry in Columbus, OH!
Pay: $36.90/hr + $0.50/hr shift differential
Shift: 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (Sun–Thurs + mandatory OT)
Location: Columbus, OH
Benefits: Full benefits package
This role leads maintenance efforts on 3rd shift while supporting hands-on troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement across plant operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct technicians on shift and oversee maintenance activity
- Perform troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Support PLC and robot programming/troubleshooting
- Execute and improve preventative and reactive maintenance programs
- Manage CMMS documentation and maintenance tracking
- Coordinate equipment installs, repairs, and improvement projects
- Communicate issues across shifts and support maintenance planning
- Support inventory, tooling, and shop organization
- Ensure safety compliance and proper procedures are followed
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or 2–5 years of maintenance experience
- Experience leading or directing maintenance teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, and CMMS systems
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and leadership skills
