ROOM42, Real Chemistry’s in-house production company, is seeking a creative Presentation Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming complex information into visually engaging and professional presentations. The candidate will have a keen eye for creative design and adaptation, always identifying ways to enhance the look and feel. This role requires expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on marketing materials. This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN. What you should have: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with expertise in slide creation, formatting and template management. Strong presentation design skills with the ability to transform content into visually compelling, audience-focused presentations. Experience in developing simple graphics, icons, diagrams and visual elements to enhance presentation quality. Expertise in creating and applying PowerPoint animations, transitions, and motion effects to enhance presentation flow, engagement, and storytelling. Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, typography, color theory and information hierarchy. Ability to ensure presentations are fully compliant with corporate branding and style guidelines. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on consistency, accuracy and quality assurance. Ability to manage multiple presentation requests while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Desired Skill Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign) for graphic enhancement.
