Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Patient Services Associate to support front desk operations for a busy orthopedic outpatient practice within a leading hospital system in Towson, MD. This individual will serve as a critical point of contact for patients, providers, and staff, helping to deliver an exceptional patient experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. \n\nThis practice is known for its collaborative, family-oriented culture and consists of approximately 30 team members, including physicians, physician assistants, medical assistants, X-ray technicians, surgical schedulers, patient service associates, and medical secretaries.
