- Assist customers in selecting appliances for kitchens, laundry rooms, and full home projects
- Educate customers on product features, options, and solutions
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and remodelers
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth experience
- Collaborate with service, delivery, and installation teams
- Represent LH Brubaker with professionalism, integrity, and respect
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (appliance or home improvement a plus)
- Proven success in sales
- Professional appearance
- Personable and friendly attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Understanding of sales principles
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn appliance products and systems
