Grants Manager

Israel Policy Forum is a nonpartisan U.S. organization that advances policy ideas and educates community leaders to support effective U.S. engagement on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Israel Policy Forum seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Grants Manager to support the organization's institutional fundraising and prospect development efforts. Reporting to the Chief Growth and Organizational Strategy Officer, the Grants Manager identifies funding opportunities, develops grant proposals and reports, conducts prospect research, manages grant deadlines and deliverables, and supports foundation and donor stewardship. Responsibilities: Draft compelling letters of inquiry, grant proposals, renewal requests, and reports for private, family, and institutional foundations Collaborate with program staff to gather information, metrics, budgets, and impact data for fundraising materials Maintain a comprehensive grants calendar in Salesforce and Todoist, tracking deliverables and ensuring funder compliance Conduct research on foundations and high-capacity individual prospects; prepare prospect profiles and briefing materials Prepare foundation updates, impact summaries, stewardship reports, and donor communications Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support prospect tracking and pipeline management Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in grant writing, institutional fundraising, nonprofit development, or prospect research Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills Strong project management and organizational abilities Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred Familiarity with the Jewish communal landscape in North America Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Salary: $85,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience.
