What You'll Do As a General Manager, you'll lead every aspect of your restaurant, from hiring and training to creating a welcoming environment for customers and team members. The ability to stand and move for most (if not all) of your shift. Occasional lifting of 2550 lbs is required. Comfortable with handling weather-related tasks, like taking out trash in the rain or working the drive-thru during summer. Able to use a headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment while following company standards and safety guidelines.
