The Opportunity We're looking for licensed (or license-track) professionals to join our growing team. You'll have the flexibility to specialize in one lane or work across multiple — residential listings, investment acquisitions, wholesale deals, and hard money/construction-backed transactions — with compensation structured to reward whichever lane you close in. Open to both new and experienced agents. New agents receive hands-on mentorship and training; experienced agents get full autonomy plus access to our investment, lending, and construction pipelines that most brokerages can't provide. Deal Types Commercial Wholesaling Hard Money Lending & Construction-related transactions This tiered structure means your earning potential isn't capped by a single deal type — agents who work across verticals consistently out-earn single-lane agents at comparable production levels.
