Essential Duties And Responsibilities Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure in a warm and inviting manner Takes orders from guests and delivers and dispenses correct beverages Demonstrates salesmanship with complete menu and product knowledge Ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of workstation Performs responsible alcohol service with regards to guest limitations Utilizes all bar equipment and point-of-sale systems Communicates to management in a timely fashion any guest compliments or complaints Performs general upkeep and cleaning duties, such as mopping floors, wiping countertops, cleaning food prep areas, rolling silverware, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and thorough with strong organizational and time management skills Strong and accurate money handling skills Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and ability to operate point-of-sale systems Knowledge of wines, alcohol, and mixed drinks as well as gaming operations etiquette Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred 6 months prior work experience preferred Physical Requirements & Working Conditions The employee is required to stand for the duration of the shift.
