Clinic Director (BCBA) – Snohomish County, WA Magnolia Behavior Therapy is a leading ABA therapy agency serving children on the autism spectrum in Washington State. With over 15 years of experience, we are expanding our operations in Snohomish County and seek a full‑time Clinical Director. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licensure Extensive experience as a BCBA Leadership and supervisory skills (experience in these areas is a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth Residency in or around Snohomish County, or ability to travel within an acceptable radius Physical ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to active children Proficiency with G Suite applications and CentralReach Benefits Salary commensurate with experience (indication $100,000+) Annual stipend for professional development Medical and dental insurance $5,000 sign‑on bonus ($1,000 at signing, $1,500 at credentialing, $2,500 after first case) Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision, management, and guidance to BCBAs, LCMAs, and technicians Coordinate with the Recruitment Department and Regional Management to hire appropriate staff Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards in all clinical practices Collaborate with families, clinicians, and other professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes Work with the national Clinical Officer to develop professional development and training initiatives for staff Monitor clinical documentation and data to assess effectiveness and adherence to protocols Participate in strategic planning and policy development to support organizational goals Schedule and work hours will be discussed upon employment to accommodate organizational needs and candidate availability Shape and lead a team of BCBAs under the guidance of Recruitment and Regional Management #J-18808-Ljbffr Magnolia Behavior Therapy
