Position Responsibilities Maintains flexibility with scheduling to accommodate departmental needs. Cleans designated areas, equipment, and utensils after each meal following set procedures. Adheres to safety guidelines in the work area by lifting properly, cleaning up spills, using carts for transporting items, and taking precautions to prevent accidents. Follows proper procedures for food preparation, station light-cooking (non-production), food handling, and serving. Wipes down tables and chairs in the cafeteria.
