Responsibilities The Retail Team Member contributes to the success of the Goodwill stores and their mission by delivering outstanding customer service, processing donations, utilizing the cash register, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and team members. Responsibilities include handling material, greeting donors, processing donations, replenishing inventory on the sales floor, and collaborating with store leadership to meet production and store goals. Production Retail Team Members will follow current best practices for sorting, tagging, hanging, and pricing merchandize while working with leadership to assess inventory needs. They will accurately record production units to meet or exceed production goals and customer demand. Schedule and Compensation Schedule: This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week. The schedule consists of four 5-hour shifts per week from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Availability to work either Saturdays or Sundays is required. The starting wage for this position is $15.00 .
