How You'll Make a Difference
As a PCA, you are the heart of our residents' daily lives. You will:
- Build Relationships: Provide companionship and a friendly face to residents who rely on your support.
- Support Daily Living: Assist with meals, mobility, and personal comfort.
- Monitor Well-being: Keep a close eye on vital signs and comfort levels, reporting directly to our nursing supervisors.
- Create Comfort: Be the person who answers the call, ensuring every resident feels loved, safe, and heard.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A heart for service and excellent listening skills.
- A desire to grow (we pay for your CNA certification!).
- Age 18+ and ability to communicate effectively in English (Bilingual skills are a plus!).
