Patient Services Specialist | Front Desk & Scheduling

MyMichigan Health is seeking a Patient Service Assistant to provide clerical, secretarial, and receptionist support for our practice in Midland, Michigan. The role includes coordinating patient flow, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling insurance information. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
