What You Need to Know Team Physician - Associate Medical Director Responsibilities Partner with the interdisciplinary care team and lead Interdisciplinary Group meetings to ensure a care plan is in place, patient needs are anticipated, and regulatory requirements are met. Participate in in‑person and virtual visits when appropriate, documenting visits to ensure patients have access to benefits. Serve on Call Coverage Rotation to address unanticipated needs during IDG and for newly admitted patients. Exemplify teamwork and lead learning initiatives with the interdisciplinary team and community on end‑of‑life issues. Why AccentCare?
