Food and Nutrition Supervisor

Hourly Wage Estimate $19.78 - $27.70 / hour Job Summary Supervises and coordinates activities for daily food service operations throughout FANS. A primary focus is to ensure timely and accurate meal services for Patient Services and Cafeteria and compliance with HACCP/Sanitation Standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, employee performance evaluations, and direct employee supervision. Responsibilities Supervises daily food service operations throughout FANS. Provides direct supervision to staff. Qualifications High School Diploma. Minimum of two to three years of experience in food services or hospitality. Preferred Knowledge Basic computer skills. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Licensure, Certifications, and Training Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred.
