Infection Preventionist Nurse (LVN) Arden Park Post Acute - Sacramento, CA Pay: $40-$45/hour Arden Park Post Acute is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated LVN Infection Preventionist Nurse to join our team. This role is ideal for a nurse passionate about infection control, resident safety, and quality care in a skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the facility's Infection Prevention & Control Program Monitor, track, and report infections in compliance with CDC, OSHA, and public health guidelines Conduct infection control audits, surveillance, and facility rounds Provide staff education and in-service training on infection prevention practices Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and interdisciplinary team to improve clinical outcomes Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reporting systems Identify risks and implement corrective action plans Qualifications: Active California LVN license Experience in infection prevention , or strong clinical background in skilled nursing or post-acute care Working knowledge of infection control standards and regulations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and staff education skills Why Join Arden Park Post Acute?
