Excavator Operator

Pinnacle is seeking a reliable Excavator Operator to efficiently handle materials using an excavator with a grapple attachment.

Night Shift | $23-$27/hour DOE

No digging! No earth moving!

• Pay: $23-$27/hour, depending on experience
• No training, need experienced candidates only.
• Schedule: 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM
• Overtime and weekend work available

Job Responsibilities

• Operate an excavator with a grapple attachment to safely move materials.
• Maintain proper material placement, site organization, and workflow.
• Inspect equipment routinely and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow all safety procedures to support a zero-accident work environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with site regulations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of excavator operating experience.
• Experience operating an excavator with a grapple attachment preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment-operation safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment on night shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused with a strong work ethic.
