Making frequent rounds of facility to insure adequate safeguards and client safety are maintained for male juvenile population Observing clients for changes in behavior and motivates clients to participate in activities. Advises clients in their personal adjustment utilizing verbal de-escalation techniques. Interprets the client handbook for clients as needed and applies applicable rules and regulations to clients. Documents individual contacts, daily case notes, incident and injury reports and grievances. Assists clients in preparing for court appearances or other outside activities. Implements supportive, psycho‑educational and recreational groups. Advises and guides clients on personal hygiene habits. Monitors and tracks compliance with self-administered medication process after successful completion of training provided by ACTS, Inc. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Need? A high school diploma or the equivalent. Valid Florida Driver License. Eligibility status, as determined by Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida Statutes, Chapter 435 and/or Local Law. Ability to participate in crisis intervention and CPR/First Aid training and apply learned techniques, as needed. Who We Are?
