Kelly Services is seeking Set-Up Technicians to support a leading manufacturer in Mukwonago, WI. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working with your hands, and supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.

This is a full-time, temporary contract position expected to last up to six months , making it a great fit for candidates looking to gain valuable manufacturing experience or bridge between long-term opportunities.

Current Openings:

• 1st Shift: 2 openings
• 2nd Shift: 1 opening
• 3rd Shift: 2 openings

Pay

$19.00–$21.00 per hour , depending on experience.

Available Schedules

1st Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift

• Sunday night – Friday morning
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Set-Up Technician, you'll help keep manufacturing operations running efficiently by setting up, maintaining, and supporting production equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Perform equipment modifications and repairs under the guidance of leadership or experienced technicians.
• Monitor cosmetic quality standards and communicate expectations to production employees.
• Share product quality and production information with operators, inspectors, supervisors, and teammates.
• Complete production, maintenance, and quality control documentation.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas.
• Assist with additional production and maintenance projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with the flexibility to work assigned shifts, including afternoons or overnight schedules.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
