Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance and Financial Services Producer role based in Littleton, CO. The producer will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance and financial needs, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate products. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting policy reviews, preparing quotes, and processing applications and policy changes. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating with carriers and internal team members, and ensuring compliance with industry and agency standards. The producer will also participate in local marketing and networking activities to build and retain a strong book of business.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with experience recommending and placing appropriate coverage for diverse client needs, however no experience is necessary.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to explain products clearly, handle questions, and build lasting relationships.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits, including group health and related products, to support business clients.
• Active or obtainable state insurance producer license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) preferred or required, depending on product mix.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals, manage a pipeline, and work with CRM or agency management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
• Comfort with on-site client interaction, local community engagement, and professional networking.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, finance, or related field is beneficial.
