ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With six years of experience as a State Farm agent and another six as a team member before that, I bring more than a decade of industry knowledge to the table. My husband Jim and I share our home with our two beloved dogs, Asher and Niko, and we love spending our free time exploring the outdoors and going on adventures together. That same passion for connection carries into our office culture were a friendly, growing team with a deep commitment to educating our customers and helping them feel confident in their coverage.

Our office currently has three team members, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment where people can truly thrive. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Yesenia Alvarez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
