What You Will Do Get hands-on experience : assisting technicians with equipment repair and maintenance. Explore dealership operations : by supporting the parts department and showroom. Build skills for your future : while working safely, serving customers, and contributing to a great team. What You Will Need Minimum age requirement : Must be at least 16 years old. Reliability : Maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments. Communication skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service mindset : Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. Valid work authorization : Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
