What You'll Do

As a Registered Dental Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our orthodontists to deliver exceptional patient care while helping create confident, healthy smiles.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting chairside during orthodontic procedures
• Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and impressions
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments
• Sterilizing instruments according to OSHA standards
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Documenting clinical notes accurately
• Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with laboratory procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

We're Looking for Someone Who Is

✔ Licensed as a Dental Assistant, according to state requirements

✔ Has at least one year of dental experience

✔ Reliable with excellent attendance

✔ Positive, coachable, and eager to learn

✔ Organized and detail-oriented

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Qualifications

• Orthodontic experience
• Digital scanner experience
• Passion for continuing education

Work Schedule

Our practices serve children, teens, and working adults, so flexibility is important.

• Full-Time
• On-site
• Some evenings and Saturdays
• Local travel between nearby offices may be required
