Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to better understand clients' mental health needs and develop informed treatment plans.

• Utilize and integrate evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, providing interdisciplinary care that addresses psychological, social, and emotional aspects of health.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and organized manner.

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health to promote ongoing professional development and remain at the forefront of best practices.

• Participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision sessions, and peer consultation groups to promote professional growth and interdisciplinary teamwork.

• Conduct both remote and occasional in-person counseling sessions as required, allowing for flexibility in client engagement.
