Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff at our Park City, KS facility. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while ensuring orders are delivered on time. You will mentor your team, lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact, and build productivity plans from forecasts.
