Case Manager: Mental Health Support & Community Liaison
The Ohio Council
Theohiocouncil is seeking Case Managers in Westerville, Ohio to support clients with mental illness in their daily living activities. These professionals will help clients cope with challenges to increase their level of functioning, reduce hospitalizations, and enhance access to community resources. Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s Degree in social work or a related field and experience in mental health.
