LHH is supporting our client of many years as they grow their company and accounting department. This role is fully remote! Position Global Controller $165-185K base salary plus 15% bonus Benefits Comprehensive healthcare with multiple options 401K with match of $3000 8+ weeks of combined PTO and Holidays Paid Parental leave HSA and FSA STD and LTD Location Location: Job must be performed in the United States, in any continental timezone Hours Schedule Hours/Schedule: Can vary based on global meetings. Expect 45-50 hours fairly routinely Team Team Description: Manages team of 10 (4 direct) Responsibilities Responsibility for all Accounting for this PE-backed company Responsible for monthly close and financial reporting, internal and external Lead and oversee the team producing all monthly and quarterly deliverables Provide Technical Accounting guidance and develop policies on complex business issues including ASC 606 Revenue Recognition Develop the team, both through department growth and individual growth of each team member Qualifications BS in Accounting and CPA 10+ years of experience which includes 5+ years in a Top-10 Accounting firm and some experience in a global company Experience managing international accounting functions Strong leader with the ability to drive deliverables and quality of accounting/reporting, invests in developing the strength of the team long term. Growth mindset in terms of driving toward the long-term goals as well as accountability for today. Collaborative with PE firm as well as across the company This role must be performed within the United States.
