They are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to help design next generation BLDC motor controller solutions that support products from initial concept through production. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands on product development, close collaboration with manufacturing, and ownership of challenging projects that make a measurable impact.This Role OffersCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.Opportunity to design advanced BLDC motor controller technology for mission critical applications.Hands on involvement throughout the complete product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through production support.Collaborative engineering environment with close interaction between design, manufacturing, quality, and operations.High visibility projects with meaningful technical ownership and long term career growth potential.FocusDesign and develop BLDC motor controller hardware, electrical circuits, printed circuit boards, and supporting electronic systems.Create and maintain electrical schematics, engineering documentation, and technical design records.Develop, prototype, evaluate, and troubleshoot embedded electronic hardware and electrical assemblies.Support verification testing, validation activities, and product performance evaluations.Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve technical challenges during product development and manufacturing.Provide engineering support throughout design, testing, production, and continuous product improvement activities.Participate in root cause investigations and implement practical corrective actions for electrical system issues.Contribute to design reviews while helping improve product reliability, manufacturability, and overall performance.Skill SetBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline.Five or more years of professional electrical engineering experience.Experience supporting electronic product development within a manufacturing environment.Strong background in PCB layout and circuit design.Hands on experience with embedded electronic hardware.Ability to develop and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.Experience supporting products through development, testing, validation, and production.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Experience with BLDC motor controllers, power electronics, Altium Designer, LabVIEW, regulated manufacturing environments, or firmware development is highly desirable.About Blue SignalBlue Signal is a leading executive search firm, specializing in engineering recruitment.
