Sunbelt is an Education staffing company that provides premium services to school professionals and school districts nationwide.
About the Role
This is a great position for new graduates or for anyone who is looking to start a sales career with growth opportunities. Sunbelt will help provide hands-on training surrounding Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Contract Negotiation, and more! We have experienced tremendous growth in all our offices and have an immediate job opening for an Account Executive in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of business by establishing long-term relationships with school districts nationwide to help fill open positions.
- Partner with medical professionals in the Special Education field to help them find an opportunity tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate contract rates and other particulars of the contract with the client.
- Use various methods to source new business/partnerships: our CRM system, job postings, referrals, social media, etc.

- Self-motivated to exceed goals.
- Able to handle pressure & problem-solve quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Pay range and compensation package
The rewards are uncapped performance-based compensation, a 50k base salary, excellent benefits, a great company culture, and a position that allows you to make the world a better place.
