We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and assist with patient paperwork
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Manage daily administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of Previous Dental front desk/receptionist experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
• Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software

Schedule:

• Mondays/Wednesday/Thursdays - 7:45am-5pm
• Tuesdays - 11:45am-8pm
• Fridays - 8:45am-3pm
