Candidate profile: The ideal candidate shares a passion for expanding quality mental health care, thrives in an autonomous, flexible environment, and is open to hybrid service models—including face‑to‑face and telehealth sessions for individuals, families, and groups. Candidates prefer weekday telehealth and Friday‑Saturday‑Sunday in‑person availability. They may be eligible to transition to full‑time after 90 days of seeing 25 clients per week. Responsibilities and Duties: Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, case notes) per company policy. Provide excellent customer service, collaborating with the team to fill gaps in the community through networking. Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and outreach activities. Required Qualifications and Skills: Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution. Valid Texas clinical licensure (LMSW and Associates encouraged to apply). Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Timely submission of documentation and required documents. Comfort working with a diverse client base. Proficiency with typical office technology and electronic health record systems (Valant experience a plus). Ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) with valid Texas license. Experience with individuals, couples, families, children, and veterans. General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.
