Job Description Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required. Job Title: Paraprofessional Location: Ventura, CA Start: 24/25 School Year Caseload: Various caseloads with multiple needs Interviewing NOW! Position: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Paraprofessional to join our exceptional team of educators. This position will provide specialized instruction, support, and advocacy to students with disabilities, ensuring their academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of inclusive education practices, possess excellent munication skills, and be mitted to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Assist teachers in providing instruction and support to students in various educational settings. Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts. Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the teacher. Support students with special needs, including physical, emotional, or learning disabilities. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support the overall educational goals of the school. Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. pletion of at least 60 college credit hours preferred. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred. Knowledge of educational principles and practices beneficial. Certifications: Certified to be a Paraprofessional in the state of CA preferred, but not required.
