As a Radiologic Technologist, you will coordinate and participate in all computerized tomography scanning procedures. You will set up, monitor, and operate complex computerized equipment for diagnostic purposes, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

• Set up and monitor computer operation of C.T. equipment per patient
• Transfer and position patients using proper lifting techniques
• Prepare and inject contrast media intravenously as needed
• Organize daily patient schedule in cooperation with work-room technician
• Maintain image quality and perform daily calibration and quality control
• Monitor patients for allergic reactions and assist with emergency situations
• Instruct new personnel as needed
• Assist Radiologists in specialized radiological procedures
• Maintain Registry in accordance with regulatory agency requirements
• Participate in quality assessments and continuous quality improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Traveler experience preferred
• Current BLS and ARRT certifications
• Michigan license verification required
