In addition to traditional psychiatric services, CMC of PA offers innovative treatment options, including Deep TMS and Spravato.Position HighlightsFull-time and part-time opportunitiesIn-person and hybrid options availableFlexible scheduling based on provider availabilityNo weekend requirementsNo on-call responsibilitiesNo coverage requirementsDedicated Coordinator to assist with scheduling, caseload management, and administrative supportMultidisciplinary collaboration with Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Psychotherapists, and Behavioral Health TechniciansClinical consultation and mentorship opportunitiesOpportunities to collaborate across traditional and innovative treatment modalitiesResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plansProvide medication management and ongoing psychiatric careCollaborate with other members of the clinical team to coordinate patient careMake appropriate referrals and coordinate with outside providers when neededMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationProvide compassionate, patient-centered careAppointment StructureInitial Psychiatric Evaluations: 60 minutesInitial Evaluations for Patients Under 18: 90 minutesMedication Management: 30 minutesQualificationsGraduate of an accredited medical school with specialty training in PsychiatryCurrent and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licenseBoard Certified or Board Eligible in PsychiatryActive DEA registration and Pennsylvania Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)Experience in behavioral health and psychiatric medication managementStrong communication and clinical decision-making skillsCommitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered careScheduleOur practice is open Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, with flexible scheduling based on provider availability and patient needs.No weekends. No on-call.
