Bus. Systems Analysis Advisor

Required Experience & Qualifications Core Experience
• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst in enterprise environments
• Strong experience in:
o process analysis and design
o requirements gathering and documentation
o data analysis and reporting
Sustainability / ESG Experience
• 2–3 years of experience in Sustainability / ESG preferred, including:
o GHG data management and reporting
o familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., CSRD / ESRS beneficial)
• Candidates with strong enterprise and audit experience and interest in sustainability are encouraged to apply
Preferred / Nice to Have
• Experience supporting ERP ecosystem environments (Finance, HR, Operations)
• Exposure to audit-controlled environments, such as:
o Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
o or equivalent regulatory frameworks (e.g., Japanese internal controls)
• Experience supporting systems used for compliance, reporting, or audit

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business / Systems Analyst to support our enterprise sustainability platform and ESG reporting initiatives. This role will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, defining system requirements, and supporting solution delivery and platform operations within a complex, multi-system environment.
The role requires a strong foundation in business analysis, process design, and systems integration, with the opportunity to develop or deepen expertise in sustainability (ESG), including GHG reporting and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Standardization
• Analyze and document business processes, with a focus on improving efficiency, data quality, and standardization
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes
• Identify process gaps and recommend scalable, future-state solutions aligned to system capabilities
• Support process design aligned to enterprise platforms and reporting requirements
Requirements & Solution Delivery
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and system requirements
• Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle:
o requirements definition
o solution design
o testing
o deployment and release support
• Ensure solutions align with business processes, platform capabilities, and compliance requirements
Platform & Operational Support
• Support the sustainability platform across both enhancement (change) and production (run) activities
• Assist with reporting, issue resolution, and platform usage support
• Support testing, hypercare, and ongoing production operations
• Monitor system usage and data outputs to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize performance
Continuous Improvement
• Leverage operational insights and user feedback to drive improvements in processes, data quality, and reporting
• Support adoption of new platform capabilities, including automation and AI-enabled features
• Contribute to ongoing optimization of sustainability reporting processes
