A growing boutique hospitality group is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee the strategic and operational performance of its restaurant and bar portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, financial results, team development, and brand consistency across multiple food and beverage outlets.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with strong multi-unit experience, a passion for elevated service, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations across multiple venues.
• Maintain exceptional service, product quality, and brand standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Partner with culinary and beverage teams to enhance guest experiences.

Financial Performance

• Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Drive revenue growth while controlling labor and operating costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement strategies.
• Optimize purchasing, inventory, and cost management processes.

Team Development

• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor management teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, and professional growth.
• Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing development discussions.

Guest Experience & Brand Standards

• Ensure exceptional hospitality across all outlets.
• Address guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• Support special events, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence during service periods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food and beverage leadership experience in upscale restaurants, boutique hotels, hospitality groups, or multi-unit operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, P&L management, labor controls, and inventory systems.
• Proven success leading large teams and developing management talent.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
